Bye, Bye Malaria Society
No One Has to DiePrograms
Bye, Bye Malaria Society is looking for programs we can promote. We are not a fund raising organization and do not have a license to allow us to give tax deductible receipts. Instead we look for charitable organizations and encourage them to organize projects in the areas they work in. We then promote these projects and in some cases supply seed monies to get them started. Our present projects are now all fully funded:
- Mizoram this has been and ongoing project over several years, In 2017 we made a major push by funding and attending a 6 day Natural Health seminar where about 30 students were taught many aspect of natural healing and many other practical skills, they were supplied with a great deal of literature, seeds, tea and plants. As a result artemisia and other healing plants are being grown and used in every corner of the state. The cost was $5000.00 Canadian.
- Jamkhed The Comprehensive Rural Health Program, which serves over 200 villages, in south west India, was written up by National Geographic as quite possibly being the best village health program in the world. They were suppled an Artemisia Starter kit and are now spreading Artemisia A3s use through the villages. The cost was $215. Canadian.
- A mission group in south east India has also recently received a starter kit. This was initiated by a Canadian charity who have been encouraging and supporting them. The cost was 215.00 Canadian.
- Muyoyah Memorial Christian which operates a large school in Zambia Muyoyah Memorial Christian Foundation has received a starter kit and some extras. The cost $300.00 Canadian.
